Project Scope: The Cathedral and Seminary Carmelites project, completed in 1995, encompasses a seminary with a library surrounding a cathedral, all set within a meticulously landscaped environment. The project included a basement with a water tank and stores, a rez-de-jardin with library facilities and recreational spaces, a ground floor housing community and reception areas, and two stories dedicated to residential quarters and classrooms for the fathers.
