Client: Sheikh Sélim and Marcel El-Khoury

Project Scope: The Khoury Project Gardens and Swimming Pool involved transforming an existing three-story reinforced concrete structure into a multifunctional space. The building now encompasses a covered parking area, office space, gymnasium, Turkish bath, and technical rooms. Atop the building sits a splendid 17m x 9m swimming pool with dressing facilities.
