Project Scope: The Kosba – Torza – Ehden Road Rehabilitation project, completed in 1985, epitomizes our dedication to enhancing vital transportation arteries. Dar Al-Handasah and Nazih Taleb guided this initiative to rehabilitate and widen an existing road into a bustling three-way primary route. Every aspect of the project was meticulously executed, from earthworks to constructing reinforced concrete culverts to improve connectivity and safety. The inclusion of utilities and services and meticulous asphalt and road marking works further solidified the road’s significance in the region’s infrastructure network.
